Chad sold our first home and also got us a great deal on a townhouse for investment. Our first house sold within 3 months. What i think helped was an open house for realtors at the house. A great idea. He was very clear on what was to happen next with both deals. Used the internet well to reach more buyers and to tell us what's going on next. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for real estate help.
